1.  Why does JAME Properties collect my information?
   • We are a land investing company that sells land to individuals. We collect your information so we can provide you with appropriate information about the land we have for sale. This allows us to best serve you as our client who is looking to purchase land.
2.  How do you collect information and what information do you collect?
   • When you visit our Contact Us page you can submit a message or request for information to us. We will need a valid e-mail address or phone number to respond back to your request. 
3. How does JAME Properties use the information we collect?
   • JAME Properties LLC does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, lease any of its customer information to any third parties. 
   • The primary way we use your information is to respond to your inquiry and provide the information you are asking for about a specific property for sale of the processes we follow to sell our land.
   • In addition we do send out promotional e-mails and marketing for current promotions or new land we have for sale. 
   • You can opt-out of emails or texts at anytime.
4. Can I opt-out of communications at anytime?
   • Yes! Simply reply STOP to text messages or click on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the emails.
