Jake is very easy to work with and quite the standup guy! I had some issues being able to pay my loan payment (due to job loss)and he was more than willing to work with me! went up to the property a couple of times. solid property and a solid team! I recommend him for your land purchases!

I recently worked with Jake from JAME Properties on a property exchange. I had bought a property that did not completely fit my needs and Jake happily swapped it for one that did.
